The following are the rates for a range of varying projects. So much depends on the specifics of each event; please do not hesitate to call Anna at 917.476.7973 and ask for a quote. RATES
My rates for event body painting or adult face painting are $150 per hour , I can do 8-10 adult faces or 6-8 body painting vignettes an hour.
The rate for prenatal belly painting is $200 flat.
A flat fee may be negotiated for an individual body painting session, depending on usage and other factors. In general, half-bodies start at $250 and up and full bodies start at $450 and up.
If your event requires a large number of painted models, or you need for the models to be done faster, I will need to bring in skilled assistant painters. Their rates are $100/hr.
Finally, the model casting fees are $50 per model. Models will be paid separately from the bodypainters, according to their agreed upon rates.
CUSTOM PROPS
All custom preparation work, (including but not limited to prosthetics and costume making, extensive/special stencil cutting, props, scenery and accessories) is billed at the rate of $50 per hour.
All custom ordered special materials are an additional expense.
TRAVEL FEE
Travel fare and $ 50 per hour of travel time will be charged if your event is out of NYC metropolitan area, upstate, or out-of-state. All out of Manhattan events require a 2 hour minimum.
DEPOSIT
Please note: a deposit is required to book the date for your event or painting session. Deposit is based on 50% of time booked. Travel fees, custom props fees and model casting fee may be paid with the balance due the date of your event. I will hold your date for seven days from our phone/email booking to allow time to mail the deposit.
